Organizational Effectiveness Consultant (US - Contract)

Salary/Hourly Rate: 

$93 - $103 per hour

Onsite/Remote: 

This is a fully remote role, however, candidates must be able to work Pacific Time hours (flexibility to join occasional 7 AM PST meetings is required).

The Organizational Effectiveness Consultant plans and executes change management strategies supporting the transition to a new consumer business operating model and the establishment of new ways of working across EG. In this role, the individual will establish new ways of working, conduct interviews to change impacts, understand current setup of the business, understand future state, and bridge the gap to get there.

Responsibilities of the Organizational Effectiveness Consultant: 

  • Collaborate closely with OE/OD and HRBP Teams to plan and execute change management activities supporting the establishment of new operating models and ways of working across EG
  • Conduct discovery interviews to assess change impacts and risks. Develop risk mitigation plans
  • Define new roles and responsibilities, operating rhythms, job profiles, and compile function specific SLAs (Brand Partnership Guides)
  • Design and facilitate working sessions to align leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Prepare materials and synthesize outcomes of working sessions
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive process improvements and reduce operational inefficiencies
  • Use data to measure the impact of change initiatives; Define and track KPIs
  • Provide regular reports to Sponsor and People Team on the effectiveness of the operating model transition and change activities, and recommend adjustments as needed

Qualifications of the Organizational Effectiveness Consultant: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, change management, process improvement, or a similar field
  • Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness principles, including strategy, operating model and organization design, change management, and process improvement
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale organizational change initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and the use of analytics tools
  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma and/or Prosci (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with operational models and organizational design
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strategic thinking required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment

The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
